Booking: Return / Exchange / Refund

Please email us and answer the questions below to book a collection from your address. (you can copy and paste the questions into your email)

We will get back to you within 2 working days. We are happy to help you with your request and we will do everything we can to resolve any possible issues you have experienced.
Thank you for your patience and allowing us the opportunity to assist you. 

Please read the following important information.
1. Normal returns must be booked within 7 days of receiving your parcel. If you are having an issue outside of the 7 days window please be sure to let us know what it is in the form below. 
2. Items must be as new and unused.
3. Courier fees might be charged and can be deducted from the refund.
4. Refunds take up to 2 weeks to process. 
5. Exchanges for the same bag are not always possible as each bag is unique and we might only have made one of that bag...in this case feel free to chat to us about repair options.  

What is the process?

Exchange
1. We receive your collection request and process the information
2. We make contact with your to make the arrangements (or to ask any possible questions)
3. You may be requested to place a new order on the online store as your replacement
4. The courier is booked to collect the first item from you
5. Any price differences, courier fees or credit information is emailed to you
6. Your new order is packed for delivery to you (it takes 2 - 5 working days to reach you) 
IMPORTANT:  Collection of the first parcel and delivery of the new parcel do not take place at the same time as they are two completely different bookings with the courier on two different time lines. (one booking travelling from you to us and the other booking travelling from us to you...two completely different services provided by the courier)

Return/Refund
1. We receive your collection request and process the information 
2. We make contact with your to make the arrangements (or to ask any possible questions)
3. Any courier fees or credit information is emailed to you
4. The courier is booked to collect the item from you
(it takes roughly 5 working days to reach us) 
5. The item is sent back through our usual checks
6. Your refund is processed

Repairs
1. We receive your request and process the information (please be sure to email or whatsapp images so that we can see exactly where the issue is
2. We will contact you to confirm if the issue is repairable. 
3. We request that most repairs are taken to Barksole / Locksole  (or a similar leather/shoe repair shop ...we will help you find one in your area if you need assistance). This method is the fastest, most efficient solution for a repair as it takes a few hours for most repairs and the work is high quality. 
4. You send us the invoice for the repair and we reimburse you the cost of the repair.
