2. Courier

The courier fee is not included in the price of the bag as it is a separate company - we do not deliver the bags ourselves. The courier performs the service of collecting your parcel from us and then carrying it across SA to deliver it to your door. We have chosen a courier who is well priced and provides a safe, reliable service for you :) 

  • Courier is R100 for 1 to 2 bags which takes 2 to 5 business days (from date of payment clearing in our account).

  • Courier costs will increase as per the weight of the order.

  • Returns are charged as above as well as we are required to book the courier company again to arrange the return. Exchanges: collections of old orders and delivery of new orders do not take place at the same time as they are two totally different flight paths :) 

  • Courier costs are subject to change depending on your area & the amount of bags you order.
